The Special
Stowers Bespoke have collaborated with bespoke shoe makers Carréducker and created a luxurious, handsewn, totally unique Oxford Boot.
To compliment Stowers Bespoke’s new Winter 09 Prince of Wales suit, the same material has been integrated into The Special to form the ultimate winter boot.
Skilfully combining the beautiful textures of flannel and leather, the black, cream and red Prince of Wales check flannel is framed by an impressively brogued heel counter, wing cap and toe.
The Special is fully handsewn using centuries-old English shoemaking techniques. The welts and soles are stitched by hand - even the stitching threads are hand-rolled and waxed - and the heels are built by hand. The boot has classic proportions with a quarter inch sole, 1 inch heel and strong, square waist.
Worn with the matching Prince of Wales suit or with plain black or grey tweeds, the boots are a handsome edition to any outfit.
